2024 Season: Disney’s Little Mermaid

In 2024, GPP will take you to a magical kingdom under the sea! We’re thrilled to announce Disney’s The Little Mermaid as our 42nd production. We can’t wait to bring this classic fishy fable to the GPP stage!

Key dates for the 2024 season:

March 3: Information session for students and parents/guardians
6:00-7:00 p.m., Eid building at Oak Grove Lutheran High School (north campus – 124 N Terrace N)

March 10: Optional vocal audition workshop
6:00-8:00 p.m.., Scheels Center for the Performing Arts at Oak Grove Lutheran High School (north campus – 124 N Terrace N)

Scott Brusven (Managing Artistic Director) will lead a voice and acting workshop to help students tell a compelling story through their audition song. Students can practice their audition songs and get real-time feed back on their auditions. This is a group workshop setting.

March 17-18: Cast auditions
5:00-10:00 p.m., Scheels Center for the Performing Arts at Oak Grove Lutheran High School (north campus – 124 N Terrace N)

March 19: Cast callbacks as needed

On/around March 20: Cast announcement

April 7: Company launch event

June 3-7: Rehearsals for leads only
